Returns Policy
We trust that you will be completely satisfied with the Treadstone products that you have purchased from us. All our products are guaranteed by Treadworld Inc. to be as described and free from manufacturing defects. If however you receive a product which you feel is not as described, please email us or call within 1 month of purchase from Treadworld. We have a “No Quibble” policy in case of faulty goods (goods having any manufacturing defect). We will be happy to initially repair, or if necessary, offer replacements or credits for any goods that you or your customers are not entirely satisfied with.

What Treadworld Inc, would ask from you, our valued customers, is that you try to adopt a ‘common sense’ policy with regards to the returns that you accept from your customers. We will still require you to call for a returns authorization number, as this is a tried and tested method for tracking returns. With this in mind, we trust that all parties will be completely satisfied with the new arrangement.
Returns
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or general wear of items. Items returned and deemed to have been misused/used and returned will, either be returned to the customer at customers cost or require additional payment.
Please return your original goods with a Returns Form (with full details of your return and our invoice number). We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. (Excluding items that have been misused / general wear). If this is not possible we shall refund your money immediately.
Goods being returned to Treadworld Inc. are the responsibility of the sender.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate or proof of postage using a guaranteed or recorded delivery service. We cannot make any refunds on goods not received by us.
Refunds will not be paid until the original goods are safely received and will be refunded in the same manner as they were paid (i.e. back to your credit card or by check)..

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective / incorrect size item back from you in the original condition it was sent (i.e. unused and/or unwashed). We are also happy to exchange goods that are unsuitable or the wrong size, although we will charge additional postage and packing at the standard rate. Should you wish to exchange your product for an alternative or a different size the same policy applies as above. We will post your requested exchange on receipt of the original item only. Please return your original goods with an enclosed letter or note with full details of your exchange. You will need to enclose further payment of $9.95 per product for postage and handling of your new items.
