Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.
We will reimburse all your postage costs in these circumstances and refund any related costs if the goods were damaged or faulty due to manufacture only (refunds of costs limited to postage and packaging only).
